The Norway Spruce has the more traditional Christmas look and pine smell whilst the Nordmann Firs is a very durable tree in the home environment which means less of those needles to pick up! However if the care guide is followed both trees will last well into the New Year
All the trees we supply are top quality and sourced from a highly renowned farm endorsed as members of The British Christmas Tree Growers Association. Please be aware that there are many different grades of tree available so remember to consider this when comparing prices and that we only offer premium grade to our customers.
We are offering low prices for two main reasons. The first is that we are purely online and therefore don't have the costs of expensive storefronts and can pass the savings onto you. The second reason is that we hope by offering great deals we can really increase our customer base this year. We're not in it to make a "quick buck", we want to build up a loyal customer base for the future!
Whilst it is your choice, we strongly suggest you do to ensure you can enjoy your tree for it’s full lifespan! It is a one off purchase that will last for years will help ensure that this and all your future Christmas trees stay bushy and beautiful throughout this wonderful season.
Trees are living products, much like cut flowers and should be treated as such. For this reason we very much recommend that you purchase a stand that holds water for your tree.

We understand this is a busy time of year for all, so being at home all weekend might not be feasible. The standard procedure will be to gain a signature for the tree upon receipt, however, if you would like to leave a note for us on checkout for us to leave it somewhere "safe" or with a neighbour, please feel free to provide instructions and we will do our best to comply. NB. If a customer requests that we leave the tree somewhere without a signature, the customer will be responsible for any products purchased from the time of delivery onwards.
We will do out best to reach out to you. If you provide a telephone number to call we will call that before leaving. If we are still unable to reach you or you are unable to accept delivery we can rearrange delivery, however this will be chargeable.
In order to ensure freshness, we pick up our trees from the farm each morning and deliver them directly to you. For this reason we have no storage premises and operate completely online.
We have great feedback in this area from last year, so rest assured this is very unlikely. However, on the off chance your tree has been damaged in transit, simply contact us within 24 hours and we will have a replacement arranged for you at no extra cost.
