London Deliveries

WHERE WE DELIVER
Our local couriers will deliver to anywhere within Greater London (within M25) including the following postcodes:

BR, CR, DA, EN, HA, IG, KT, N, NW, RM, SE, SM, SW, TW, UB, and W.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
Your tree will be delivered on any day that you like between 8.00am and 10.30pm. Then we will send you an email the night before with a 4 hour delivery window so you don’t have to wait in all day. If you would like us to leave the tree in a safe place that’s fine too – just leave instructions for us when you check out.

We deliver in London from Monday to Sunday starting from the 27th November to the 20 December.

PREMIUM DELIVERY; £8.99

Like basic delivery, but you get to choose a time window; either before 5.30pm or after 6.00pm. This is only available in the above postcodes.

WHEN WE DELIVER
We deliver seven days a week through most of the festive season. For our exact delivery dates please see our calendar below.

WHEN WE OFFER COLLECTIONS
We offer collection on the dates shown above. For Christmas trees under 9ft tall we will collect and recycle for £24.99. For Christmas trees over 9ft tall we will collect and recycle for £34.99.

National Deliveries

WHERE WE DELIVER
Our national couriers will deliver throughout England, Wales and Scotland, excluding the Highlands. For orders in London we will use our local courier.

WHEN WE DELIVER
We deliver Monday to Friday from the 29th November to the 20 December.

Please note, as we use third party national couriers for national delivery, we cannot guarantee a preferred delivery date as this is out of our control. If you need your Christmas tree by a specific date we’d recommend requesting delivery 2 days prior to this.

Collection

Unfortunately we can’t offer collection outside of the London area. However local councils outside of London usually collect your Christmas tree with garden waste on a regular basis. We will send an email out to our nationwide customers with further guidance after Christmas.

Creekside Christmas offers delivery for real Christmas trees in London and nationwide. We start delivering from late November through December including weekends. We offer named day delivery so you can choose the day that is most convenient for you and we also offer specified day or evening deliveries. On the evening before your delivery, we will email you with an estimated 4 hour delivery window so you can plan your day instead of just waiting around.
