London Deliveries

WHERE WE DELIVER
We deliver to every address inside the M25, seven days a week. That covers all 32 London boroughs plus the parts of Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent and Surrey inside the motorway. Postcode areas:

BR, CR, DA, E, EC, EN, HA, IG, KT, N, NW, RM, SE, SM, SW, TW, UB, W and WC.

We also deliver to a few postcodes just outside the M25: KT22, KT23, KT24, RH1 to RH11, RH19 and TN16. We do not deliver to any other postcodes outside the M25.

FREE DELIVERY
Delivery is free with every tree. Pick your delivery date in the cart and we will email you the night before with an estimated arrival time. If you would like us to leave the tree in a safe place, just add a note at checkout.

TIMED SLOTS: £12
The All Day slot (9.00am to 10.00pm) is free. If you want a narrower window, choose Day (9.00am to 6.00pm) or Evening (6.00pm to 10.00pm) for £12.

STANDS AND LIGHTS ON THEIR OWN
Stands and lights are delivered free with a tree. Ordered without a tree, delivery is £14.99.

WHEN WE DELIVER
Deliveries run from 19 November to 23 December 2026, seven days a week. Order by 10pm for next-day delivery, subject to availability.

DELIVERY OPTIONS
On every tree page you can choose how far we take it: to your door, into the room of your choice (including flats and offices), installed in your stand, or installed with your lights fitted. Prices are shown on the tree page.

MISSED DELIVERIES
Someone needs to be in, or leave a safe place note at checkout. If nobody is in and there is no safe place, we charge £9.99 to redeliver.

COLLECTION AND RECYCLING
We collect trees from 2 to 12 January 2027. Prices depend on tree size and whether you want it collected from outside or taken down and carried out from inside, from £29.99. Book it with your tree or later from the Collection page.

Creekside Christmas delivers real Christmas trees to homes and offices across London, anywhere inside the M25. We deliver seven days a week from late November to 23 December, with named day delivery as standard and Day or Evening slots if you want a narrower window. The evening before your delivery we email you an estimated arrival time so you are not waiting in all day.
