Important Considerations

While we strive to exceed expectations, it's important for our customers to understand the inherent qualities of natural Christmas trees:

Natural Characteristics: Our real Christmas trees are organic and not manufactured. We choose only the best possible trees for our customers, however if you are seeking a tree that is perfect and flawless, or a very specific height, it's impossible to guarantee this with a real Christmas tree and we would recommend considering an artificial alternative.

Preservation: Much like when you buy flowers, trees are cut and will degrade over time. We strive to deliver very fresh and healthy trees to our customers however the longevity of your tree is partially dependent on the care it receives. Proper hydration and storage in a cool location are recommended for optimal preservation. Please see our care guide here for more information.

When dealing with natural products, sometimes things do go wrong. We do our best to keep this to a minimum, but if you do find yourself in a situation where your tree isn't the quality you'd expect, contact us, and we'll do everything we can to make it right as quickly as possible.
